Experience and Training

I am a NY State Licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health.  I completed my  Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University in 2008 and have worked in various therapeutic settings. I have 14+ years of experience in private practice, and 3+ years experience teaching college level Psychology courses, including a course in Ecopsychology that explores both philosophical and practical application of this field of study.

I provide depth-oriented Psychotherapy for individuals seeking both traditional psychological insight  and spiritual integration.

I am available for in person sessions in Rochester, NY, as well as for virtual psychotherapy sessions for NY State residents.

All sessions are $225.

 

SHADOW WORK/TAROT:

Shadow work and psychotherapy have the same ultimate goal: Making the Unconscious – Conscious.This means increasing awareness of hidden aspects of self so that healing and integration can be achieved. 

Tarot is more than a deck of cards. It’s a powerful tool for self reflection, offering a visual language for the unconscious mind.  Rooted in archetypal imagery, and psychological symbolism, tarot provides a unique way to access deeper layers of the psyche, making it an ideal companion for shadow work.

Shadow Work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”you – it’s about reclaiming the hidden aspects of yourself and understanding your deepest motivations. Its about integrating all parts of who you are so that you may live more fully and authentically.

PRICING

All Tarot Readings and Mentorship sessions are offered virtually. (These are not restricted to NYS residents, as psychotherapy sessions are ).

I offer both General Tarot Readings and Shadow Focused Readings designed to illuminate hidden patterns, unconscious influences and personal growth opportunities. While these sessions are not psychotherapy, they are informed by my expertise as a psychologist, allowing for a uniquely deep and insightful experience.

Whether you seek clarity in a situation or wish to explore the shadow aspects of your psyche these readings provide provider space for reflection and transformation.

Tarot Readings: $200/45 minutes, $145/30 minutes

Mentoring Sessions: $350/75 minutes

Mentorship Bundle: $725 (Includes two 75 minutes mentorship sessions, and one 30 minute reading).
